Student Teachers of Kampong Thom Provincial Teacher Training College Participated in CHRC-Organised Educational Session on “Human Rights and Law”
Kampong Thom province: HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), tasked HE Vann Chandara, CHRC member, with leading a working group to Teacher Training College, Krung Stung Sen, Kampong Thom province, on Monday, 27 April 2026, to conduct a “Human Rights and Law” awareness session for 56 (37 female) student teachers.
The session covered 1. Cambodia’s human rights protection mechanisms, 2. citizens’ rights and obligations, and 3. rights, freedoms, and laws.
The college’s director, management board, teachers, and student teachers warmly welcomed this educational and outreach event, contributing significantly to its successful outcome.
