HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Monday, 7 September 2026, assigned HE Phoeun Chhong, a CHRC member, to conduct a human rights situation inspection at the Kampong Chhnang and Pursat provincial prisons.
