On 5 April 2026, HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Commttee (CHRC), led a working group to visit and mark Khmer New Year with our courageous troops, coordinated by HE Mean Chanyada, Governor of Oddar Meanchey province, at Oddar Meanchey Provincial Hall.

Seizing the moment, HE [Keo Remy,] Senior Minister, met with HE Brigadier General Neak Vong, Commander of the 42nd Infantry Brigade in Military Region 4, to share his profound respect, affection, and gratitude for the courage of our Cambodian troops who steadfastly protect the territorial integrity and public safety. To alleviate difficulties and boost morale among the soldiers, the CHRC and volunteer lawyers delivered funds and essential supplies to support the 42nd Infantry Brigade.

This gesture highlights the leadership’s care and backing for the forces and authorities as they keep performing their vital duties for the nation and people.
