Two Girls Brought to Meet their Mother in M2 by the CHRC in Upcoming Pchum Ben
HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Tuesday, 16 September 2025, appointed HE Sin Bunthoeun, [CHRC] member, to head a working group in collaboration with Correctional Centre 2 (M2) and the Cambodian Organisation for Children and Development to arrange for two girls to visit their mother at Correctional Centre 2 during the traditional Khmer Pchum Ben festival.
The working group unlocked the complaint boxes at Correctional Centres 1 and 2, and Phnom Penh Prison (PJ).
