CHRC Working Group Investigated Detainees’ Complaints in Correctional Centres
Phnom Penh: On Thursday, 29 May 2025, HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), assigned HE Sin Bunthoeurn, a CHRC member, to head a CHRC working group and volunteer lawyers to Correctional Centres 1 and 2 (M1) and (M2) for the investigation of complaints filed by detainees. Detainees filed complaints to the CHRC through its complaint boxes located at M1 and M2.
